1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player") and 92pqk (the "Platform"). They apply to all use of the 92pqk website, including sports betting, live casino, casino games, slot games, bingo, fish games and any other services offered on the platform.

By accessing the 92pqk platform, creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

92pqk reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified through the platform and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration

To use 92pqk services you must create a registered account. You confirm the following at the time of registration:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Registrations by persons under 18 are strictly prohibited and any account found to have been created by a minor will be closed immediately with all funds returned minus any applicable processing costs.
• You are registering using your own accurate and truthful personal details. Providing false identity information is a breach of these terms.
• You are opening an account for your own personal use only. Accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You are not currently self-excluded or suspended from any gaming platform. If you have previously self-excluded on 92pqk, you may not create a new account without following the reinstatement process.
• Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and funds within them reviewed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 92pqk support immediately. 92pqk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to accounts where the player has failed to keep their login details secure.

92pqk may at any point request identity verification documents — including CNIC and payment method confirmation — to validate account ownership. Failure to provide these documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Deposits

All deposits at 92pqk are made in PKR. The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer as deposit methods. Additional methods may be made available and will be listed in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section before you initiate any transaction.
• 92pqk does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own standard transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are intended for gaming use on the platform. 92pqk accounts should not be used as general payment or storage facilities.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the originating institution.

92pqk reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large deposits or deposits from new payment methods. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.

4Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your 92pqk account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal. This involves confirming your identity with a valid CNIC and matching your account details to your registered payment method.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment accounts registered in your own name. No third-party withdrawal destinations are accepted.
• The name on your 92pqk account must match the name on your withdrawal method. Mismatches will cause delays pending manual review.
• If your account balance includes bonus funds still subject to wagering requirements, only the withdrawable portion of your balance will be available for cashout.
• 92pqk does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your receiving bank or wallet provider may apply its own charges.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.

92pqk reserves the right to perform security checks on withdrawal requests. This may result in a short delay while the request is reviewed. Players will be notified through their account if additional information is required.

5Bonuses & Promotions

92pqk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional offers to registered players. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are shown in the offer details at the time the bonus is claimed.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period shown in the offer. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• 92pqk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, circumvention of the terms or fraudulent activity.
• Winnings generated through bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Players who have previously self-excluded or who have requested account closure are not eligible for promotions.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting strategies designed specifically to minimise risk during wagering requirements (known as bonus hedging), and any form of collusion to extract bonus value from the platform.

6Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on 92pqk. Specific rules for individual sports, markets and event types may also apply and are available within each market.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Bets are accepted subject to available balance and applicable stake limits.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been confirmed, except where a specific cash-out option is available on a given market.
• 92pqk reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, system faults or events that have already been decided at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. 92pqk may suspend markets at any time for risk management purposes.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market and per account, and may vary for different sports and competition levels.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or on events where prior knowledge of the outcome exists, will be voided and winnings forfeited.

Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals and other Pakistan cricket fixtures — are covered with specific settlement rules based on the official scorecard and match result as declared by the relevant cricket body. If a match is abandoned, affected markets will be settled according to the rules published in the relevant market details.

7Casino & Games

Casino games at 92pqk — including live casino, slots, bingo, fish games and all RNG-based games — are provided for entertainment purposes. All outcomes are determined by random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by physical randomisation at the live dealer table.

• Past game outcomes do not affect future results. Each game round is independent.
• If a game malfunctions or a round fails to complete properly, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• Bets placed and confirmed before a malfunction are not affected unless the outcome of the specific round cannot be definitively determined.
• Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and rules are available within the game information section.
• 92pqk reserves the right to limit access to specific games or game categories for certain players or accounts where required for risk management purposes.

8Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the 92pqk platform in good faith and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other players or the integrity of the games and markets offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technical means to interact with the platform outside of normal manual use.
• Exploiting system bugs, glitches or pricing errors rather than reporting them to support.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or to interfere with the functioning of the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or wagering on events where the player has inside information about the outcome.
• Collusion between players on multi-player games or markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any communication with 92pqk staff or in any platform communication features.

9Suspension & Account Closure

92pqk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete required identity verification, or provision of false registration information.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 92pqk support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and any active bets settled. The balance at the time of closure — after all pending transactions are complete — will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method.

If a player wishes to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, the self-exclusion process prevents re-registration for the period selected. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these terms.

10Limitation of Liability

92pqk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate pricing, the platform cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside the platform's control may occasionally affect availability.

• 92pqk will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunities or data loss resulting from technical interruptions.
• 92pqk is not responsible for any charges applied by your payment provider, mobile network operator or bank in connection with transactions on the platform.
• Players are responsible for understanding their obligations under applicable local laws in relation to online gaming and betting. 92pqk makes no representation regarding the legality of access to the platform from any specific jurisdiction.

11Privacy & Data

92pqk collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.
